Klaus-Günter Vennemann is a management consultant and a member of the Supervisory Board of Rheinmetall. He has extensive leadership experience in a variety of organizations. He was the CEO of OSRAM AG’s General Lighting Business Unit from 2011 until 2012 and of Siteco Lighting GmbH, a company sold to OSRAM, from 2009 to 2012. Prior, he served as head of marketing at Schaeffler Automotive, managing director at Luk Fahrzeug-Hydraulik GmbH & Co.KG and LuK GmbH & Co, managing director at TRW Fahrwerksysteme GmbH, and was in different management positions at Getrag GmbH in Germany and Getrag Gears of North America Inc.
In addition, Mr. Vennemann held positions in several supervisory bodies in the automotive sector with mandates including KAMAX, Dr. Rudolf Kellermann GmbH, KSPG AG (Rheinmetall Automotive), and Getrag Getriebe- und Zahnradfabrik Herrmann Hagenmeyer GmbH&Cie KG.
Mr. Vennemann has a degree in electrical engineering from the technical school in Duisburg.
